Canapii announced a new feature designed to enhance sponsor engagement: the Sponsor Meeting Booking System. This tool allows sponsors to manage meetings within their dedicated sponsor pages while organizers create and assign meeting slots.
Key capabilities
For organizers:

Manage meeting requests from their sponsor pages
Approve, decline, or propose alternative meeting times
View all confirmed and pending meetings in the "Team meetings" section of the sponsor zone backend
Receive email notifications when attendees submit meeting requests

Setting up meetings – organizers establish meeting slots and locations tailored to each sponsor
Managing requests – sponsor representatives handle requests directly from their sponsor page
Visibility and notifications – all meetings are tracked in the backend with email alerts for new requests
