Canapii has introduced a new invite-only attendee journey feature designed to provide enhanced control and customization for session invitations to VIPs, speakers, and special guests.
What's new
Attendees receiving invite-only session access will experience a personalized interaction flow:
Invited sessions appear in playlists normally, following standard visibility rules.
Interactive options to Accept or Decline invitations are available through the hover state on session tiles, the session info modal, and the full session detail page.
Status management updates automatically in the console: Invited by default, Booked: Yes when accepted (moves the attendee to the standard list), or Declined (remains in the Invite list).

This update creates a controlled, trackable RSVP experience benefiting both organizers and attendees through tailored, exclusive journeys for invited participants, clear visibility of acceptance and decline status, enhanced planning and capacity forecasting, and seamless integration with playlists and session visibility logic.
